Product Pictures and Descriptions Integrity

We aim to provide the most accurate product pictures and descriptions to our best ability. However, do expect slight variations in some colors due to difference in monitors. On product measurements, do allow for 0.5” – 1” variation.

Exchange and Refund Policy

A refund will be made for a product that is out of stock.

We do not entertain refunds or exchanges in the event a shopper changes her mind about a product ordered and paid for. Therefore, we strongly encourage our shoppers to ensure the right products are ordered and paid for, with full understanding of material(s) and size(s) before confirming a purchase.

Delivery

All products locally delivered through SingPost registered mail, only a ONE TIME fee of $3.50 is chargeable.  This is to minimize lost mails.

Normal mail can be done however we will not be liable for any loss.

Free local Registered delivery applies for orders above SGD150 of value in a single receipt. All items will be sent out in single parcel. We do not entertain accumulated receipts.

Payment

Our current mode of payment is available via Paypal, Credit Cards and ATM Transfers. We do not entertain cash on delivery and will not confirm any unpaid orders.

Privacy Policy

We promise to protect the privacy rights of our customers.

Any statistics given to us by our members and shoppers will only be used with the organization for business purpose, and to serve our customers better.

No private information will be disclosed to unrelated entities unless required by law.

All email addresses in our mailing list is strictly kept confidential.

We reserve the right to make amendments to any of the above Terms and Conditions.
