There are a few outlets in Singapore and today I’ve bought mine at Cityvibe Clementi. The small mall just beside Clementi Mall. There are 2 batches for sale of their beancurd which starts at 1pm and 6pm, closes when sold out. I was at the end of the queue despite the store was yet to be opened. Witnessed 2 persons ordered 20 packs of beancurd at one go, I was quite amazed at the same time waiting patiently till it was my turn. It did not take long and after 15 mins or so, I’ve got my hands on my “PRECIOUS“. Happily ordered mine and ate it! What a fulfilling day! Eating beancurd makes me HAPPY!

Mirror Mirror on the wall, who’s the fairest of them all? Anyone asks this question to a mirror in modern day society? And so i did a little knock and a teeny weeny puff on the mirror and asked the magic question. Silence, waited, still silence and “Cracccckkkked” was heard. Oh Well! (The mirror’s just jealous of me, haha)
Delusional?
Bought the “magic” pass to gain entry into the movie theater and you would have guessed it by now, watched “Mirror Mirror“, starring Julia Roberts, Lilly Collins, Armie Hammer and Nathan Lane. A fairytale most of us are familiar with, nostalgic yes, funny scenes plus witty conversations that bring clamoring laughter. Normally one would think that the prologue is boring with a voice in the background narration but this is different and it tickled my bones. A CLASSIC that should form part of my DVDs collection.

In order to qualify, one has to be fair, wrinkle free and youthful, very much like in a beauty pageant. When time has taken its toll, charms are gone, unable to defy gravity and it’s time for a replacement. Quickly, swiftly and with a snap! But of course that’s not the full story. This is a must watch in my opinion.

Queued in anticipation for 1 hour plus before embarking on my Titanic exploration and the fact that it was the last day of Titanic exhibition probably contributed to the long queue. “The idea of waiting for something makes it more exciting” as quoted by Andy Warhol and so it was, exact sentiments.

Most of us would have watched the movie “Titanic” that is currently screening in Singapore cinema. In the 1900s, Titanic is one of the largest and most luxurious passenger liners at the time and was considered by many to be unsinkable. Her maiden voyage was her last voyage and discovered many years later in 1980s lying 13,000 feet below the surface in the Atlantic Ocean. And so April, 2012 marks 100 years after its sinking and till today after the Titanicremains an enduring legend.
