Yes, TLC Babe Blogshop is BACK, coupled with lots of LOVE, in fact more! A movie that is filled with such intense emotions is portrayed in this movie “P.S I Love You“, starring Hilary Swank and Gerard Butler.

The synopsis is such that a young widow discovers that her late husband has left her 10 messages intended to guide her, not only through her grief, but in rediscovering herself. A romantic love story that one probably needs to prepare tissues less the mascara when watching it as it is extremely moving, stirring up lots of emotions and a heartfelt show. It’s no longer screening however this movie is available on DVDs and you know where to get it.

Mentioning about Bluey Monday, coincidentally I’m in blue today. Probably my favourite colour other than Black, Orange, Yellow and Purple.  Somehow Rainbow Colours makes one happy, dun you think?

Speaking of which, today being Monday, most people term it as Monday Blues and I shall call it Bluey Monday. Anyhow, a good meal that is less than ten dollars could probably chase the Bluey Monday away? For that I will go for Wendy’s Restaurant in Singapore and as preached on their motto, where quality is their recipe and so it is.

Currently, Wendy’s Restaurant Singapore’s website is still under construction however one can visit the Facebook Fanpage to be kept updated on their current promotion. Their current outlets are at Lau Pa Sat, Jurong Point, Liat Towers, Holland Village, Yishun 10, Plaza By The Park, Century Square, Nex@Serangoon and the newly opened right under Jurong East MRT Station. Though waited a little while but truly satisfied when I finally sink my teeth into a hearty and delicious meal. Nom Nom Nom, Yummzzz!

Happily ordered the Crispy Chicken Sandwich from their Everyday Value Menu, Bacon Cheese Potato and Chocolate Frosty Shakes and all for only below $10. Currently, having a Breakfast promotion at $4. Will try it soon!

And if you have a sweet tooth, you can try out Canele’s pasteries. Probably float like an angel after your first taste which i believe it happened to me.

Wow! Canele Macarons!

And so I indulged once in awhile on Canele’s Pasteries and decided to savour on Le Royale and Strawberry Shortcake! As you can see from my picture, the Strawberry Shortcake took a nose-dive like it couldn’t handle the heat of Singapore. Mind you, I thought a Mini heatwave occurred on Sunday, electric fan alone can’t keep the heat away and so it seems my air conditioner was at odds with me. It did not function at crucial moment, now talk about my Nemesis, perhaps only pure tough luck! Was looking forward to their macarons but that will be a tad too much for me in one day. Shall have them for my next visit.
