Massive amount of time spent at work and managing my blogshop at the same time. Tying up the loose ends, catching up on desired learning, doing my laundry and if I am not too tired I will vacuum/mop the floor on my off days. Pant pant pant… Leaves me little time to catch my breath but still need to relax and slow down my pace.

This week will be busy thus home-bound and chanced upon Chanel Fashion Show on their Cruise and Paris/Bombay Collection. Karl Lagerfeld never fails to tantalize my eyes with his extraordinary fashion ensembles creations.

Karl Lagerfeld – Chanel

The Cruise collection fashion show is set in the Palace of Versailles garden, accompanied with modern hip hop background music and the ensembles are a combination of modern trendy plus exquisite taste of French Royalty influence. As seen on female models with high collars and pompous skirt and the male models with high collars too and outer wear akin to French Royalty. Daring combination and wearable fashion that deviates from the usual yet can’t seem to get one’s hands off these magnificent creations. @_@

In Paris/Bombay collection fashion show, the backdrop and music is on Maharaja influence and Indian Sari-like apparels as part of the collection. Also interesting add ons of intricate head and hand jewelries, necklaces and beadings on apparels and bags. “Amazing“, “Gorgeous” and “Bold” are an understatement!

There’s always a favorite ad for everyone and for me on Chanel, this will be the one with Nicole Kidman appearance.

And so it is a short date with Chanel had left me with all kinds of sensations and good feelings on off day.
